KUD KA PATISA 'PREM SWEETS'

Prem sweets is one of the most famous food joints in jammu and kashmir. Jammu is famous for its kud ka patisa. This litte shop is more than 90 years old shop and was opened by Pandit Lok Nath Khajuria in the year 1925 in a small city called Kud in jammu.
 This small city is 7 kms away from Patnitop. His famous recipe was prepared with love and that is why this recipe touched hearts of millions of people. There are a lot of shops with the same name but this one has the authentic heritage recipe of the famous patisa.
 This is a dish prepared with besan (gram flour) and fired in desi ghee.
